Mr Al-Marri was appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director on 30 June 2026.

He is the Head of QIA Advisory (Asia Pacific), leading QIA’s Singapore office and overseeing its investment activities across the Asia Pacific region. He has over 12 years of investment experience with QIA, including senior roles in Active Equities and Technology, Media and Telecommunications with responsibility for investment strategy and portfolio management.

Mr Al-Marri holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Administration from the LeBow College of Business.  In addition, he has completed various professional qualifications, including the CFA Institute's Investment Foundations programme and the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification, as well as executive educations by leading business schools.
