Our First Sustainability Impact Lab
In 2025, Banyan Group brought together leaders and teams across the organisation for its first Sustainability Impact Lab at Laguna Phuket—marking a pivotal moment in how we translate sustainability ambition into action.
Guided by a double materiality assessment, the Lab aligned stakeholders around shared priorities and defined over 40 action areas to advance our sustainability goals across three key pathways: Ecosystem Stewardship, Community Resilience and Inclusive Prosperity.

Established in 2009, the foundation guides Banyan Group’s pursuit of responsible business and allocates donations to worthy projects.
