Equipping associates and future leaders

Launched in 2008, Banyan Academy works with the Group's business units to provide strategic and meaningful in-house training that fulfils development needs of all our associates.

Whether imbibing core values, improving skills or acquiring new knowledge, associates engage in learning throughout their careers with us. Training takes on various forms, from online self-learning to in-person specialist workshops and sharing sessions by Group executives.

Behind our numerous spa awards is a team of highly trained therapists. Through Banyan Spa & Wellbeing Academy, we have trained over 2,000 spa therapists with a goal of enhancing skills and improving professionalism in the wider industry.

The first of its kind in Asia when it was established in 2001, our Spa & Wellbeing Academy was also the first to be accredited by Thailand's education and health ministries.
