General terms and conditions
- This offer is exclusively available to Basic and Supplementary Cardholders of Visa Infinite Private and Privilege Cards issued by Visa in the Asia Pacific region, and is non-transferable.
- The Visa cardholder must be present at the time of redemption, and payment must be made using an eligible Visa Infinite Private or Privilege Card issued in Asia Pacific.
- Vouchers and offer are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers and discounts.
- Advance reservations are required and must be made at least seven working days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
- Blackout dates apply and vary by property.
- Cancellation of room reservations shall be subject to the individual property's cancellation, amendment and no-show policies.
- Visa and Banyan Group reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Banyan Group's and Visa's decision on all matters relating to the terms and conditions and privileges will be at its absolute discretion, and will be final and binding on all participants.
Complimentary night vouchers
- Each eligible Cardholder may redeem only one complimentary stay.
- Vouchers are limited in number and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Any additional reservations will be charged at the Best Available Rate applicable on the check-in date.
- Vouchers must be redeemed within their stated validity period. Extensions will not be granted. Voucher number must be quoted when making a reservation.
- The complimentary stay is valid for up to two adults and includes applicable taxes and service charges. Incidentals and any additional government-imposed levies must be paid directly by the eligible Cardholder to the participating property.
- The complimentary night redemption applies only to specific room categories as designated by the participating property and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Certain room categories may be excluded.
- Discounts and withBanyan member benefits cannot be combined with the complimentary stay.
- All bookings cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the voucher will be deemed used and voided.
- In the absence of a valid voucher, the Cardholder will be charged the Best Available Rate corresponding to the check-in date.
- Upon check-in, guests must present: (a) the reservation confirmation (printed or digital), (b) the voucher number, (c) a valid identification document or passport matching the reservation, and (d) the eligible Visa Card used for the booking. Failure to provide matching documentation may result in the property charging the prevailing Best Available Rate.
