Yes, you can receive discounts at all Banyan Group Hotels & Resorts and Laguna Resorts even if you are not staying in the resort, as long as you present your card prior to payment.
Yes, it is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in your rental agreement and compliance with the hotel policy on the maximum number of occupants for the property booked.
Your guests are also required to be pre-registered with the owner services team who will include their names on the reservation.
The Allocation and Exchange booking request could be sent to the centralized Owner Services team via email sanctuaryclub@groupbanyan.com or via Member Login Portal.
The Owner Services team will then review availability with the Hotel team and get back with confirmation or alternative booking options for owners' further consideration.

No, there is no limitation for the number of days. All reservations by the owner are subject to availability. The owner should note that throughout the year, the hotel will pre-book the villa / room to agent and other third parties. Therefore the owner’s villa/room may not be available at all times and the owner should at all times provide as much notice as possible of their intended visit.
Property owners in the Hotel Leaseback Program could exchange part of their annual entitlement for a complimentary stay at any destination within the Exchange Program network. In order to confirm the participation, owner must deposit 15 days of his annual entitlement into exhange pool. These days will be converted to Exchange Credit based on the actual Average Daily Rate of the past year. The Exchange Credit could be used to redeem for accommodation at the exchange destinations within the network. The room rate used for Exhange booking will be based on the Best Available Rate of the property at the time of booking.
The Owner Services team will assist during the reservation process including check availability, making reservation, and record redemption for owner.
The actual average daily rate for the past year is used to value your deposited days into the exchange programme. This is considered the most appropriate basis as it represents the market demand for a particular property on a year-round basis.
For example, if the average achieved daily rate for your property is USD 500, then 15 days of your annual entitlement deposited would equate to USD 7,500 (i.e. USD 500 x 15 days) which would be available for redemption at participating properties within the network.
For newly opened properties, the budgeted average daily rate will be used for that calendar year.
Your Exchange Credit can be redeemed at the participating properties based upon Best Available Rate (BAR) at the time of booking.
For example, say you have USD 7,500 of Exchange Credit and would like make exchange request to stay 5 days at a participating property in the network, which has a Best Available Rate of USD 600 per day for the period you would like to stay. Your stay would cost USD 3,000 (i.e. USD 600 x 5 days) and you would have a balance of USD 4,500 remaining for redemption.
You may stay at any property participating in the Exchange Program, subject to availability, and providing you have sufficient Exchange Credit for redemption.
Once all days are utilised in a particular property (redeemed nights equal deposited nights), the property is no longer available for exchange.

Once you have enrolled in the Exchange Program, you must continue throughout the entire calendar year. However, you may choose to opt out for the following year by informing us prior to the commencement of the Exchange Program.
- Reservations are on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.
- Breakfast is not included under your entitlement reservation. It is for room only.
- Blackout dates may apply, owing to your rental agreement and Hotel policy
- No multiple booking is allowed, maximum 1 unit per stay
- Maximum 5 nights booking per stay
- The unused Exchange Credit cannot be forwarded to the following year and will be forfeited at the end of each year
