What did this journey invite you to let go of, and what did it allow you to embrace?
In Tibet's sacred air, prayer flags wave freely,
teaching me that letting go is how we find peace.
I used to want control, forgetting how to just be,
but ancient wisdom whispered, just breathe free.
Through monastery mist and mountains so tall,
I learned to loosen my grip and embrace the blessed fall.
Impermanence isn't loss, but liberation's art.
I left with open palms and a lighter heart.
